Misc.Looks great, and I love the humor throughout the recipe! Thanks for the advice about the caffine, I had thought of that, but wondered if long cooking would dissapate the caffine and didn't know if caffine-free stuff would do the trick tenderizing. We hadn't been worried about alcohol cooked in things (which my husband can't have either, it's atrial flutter that's the problem), but recently read, I think in Cooking Light magazine, that ALL the alcohol doesn't ever cook out, contrary to popular belief. (It might have been Real Simple magazine instead of Cooking Light) Thanks again for the recipe and answers!
