Try this.

OATMEAL BUTTERSCOTCH SQUARES

1 bag peanut butter cookie mix
1 cup quick oats, uncooked
Peanut butter chips

Prepare cookie mix as directed on package, adding 2 more tablespoons of water and the oats.

Spread half of the cookie batter in an 8x8-inch baking pan. Sprinkle a layer of peanut butter chips over the top. Spread the remaining batter over the chips.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.

Really close to the real thing!
