Pandan Leaf

Misc.
Hi Maggie and welcome - i could be wrong but i think that she probably used Pandan Leaf for colour (also adds a unique flavour) when she cooked the rice. I have had a wonderful steamed sponge cake made with this leaf though i can't remember the name of the cake....
Eggy or Susan may be able to give more information on the leaf if they are around - they are always a great source of info....
