i hope that Eggy's mail helped with your enquiry re the pandan leaves, wow! what alot of info! Should keep you busy for a while! I don't know if i can buy fresh leaves here or not, actually i haven't looked but i will now just out of curiosity. Seems we can get most things here but Japanese ingredients are harder to come by.....

Re you having all the answers, that's not what i said, it's just that both you and Eggy both have alot of knowledge between you and are often a great source of info - don't be so humble!!! :) We all learn from each other.
