ISO: Vietnamese Wild Rice

Misc.
Hi there!
This is my first visit. Recently we had a potluck dinner and a vietnamese lady brought a rice dish. It was sweet and a very bright green I asked her if she used food colouring and she told me it was a leaf. She said it was wild rice. Anyone know what I am talking about?
