pie filling

Misc.
There is a product called Clear jel A that is supposed to be the closest to making a commercial pie filling. If you are not able to get that,I understand that tapioca is the next best thickener to use. Perhaps you could get someone from the states to send you some Clear Jel.I will have to go search some other websites to find the tapioca recipes, then copy, paste, print and retype for you. It will take me a while to do, but I can do it later, OK? Don't worry, we will help you. As for jars, for a water bath item like fruits, you can use mayonnaise jars. Could you get ahold of some of them? As long as a jar lid and ring fits, you can use them. Also, maybe someone can send lids and rings to you. Not sure how expensive it would be.
