re: pie filling and canning jars

Pie Filling: Someone else will have to help with this. Since you tried one recipe and were not happy with the results, you did not say though if you had made an apple pie. This has to be made with a COOKING apple which will hold a shape when cooked and baked, not an apple you eat out of hand. :)or else it will turn to mush.
Canning Jars: I had this info in my files because some day I had wanted to try their brand.
