(Sandwich)

8 slices rye bread
12 oz. pastrami, sliced thin
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 c. cole slaw
butter or margarine

On 1 slice of bread, arrange sliced pastrami, heaped
high as you like, 2 slices of Swiss cheese and cole slaw.
Cover with a second slice of bread. Butter outside of both
bread slices. Repeat this procedure with remaining slices.
Place sandwiches in buttered frying pan until browned and
heated through. Turn once.
