re: Bandera Cole Slaw

Just came back from Chicago and loved the peanut cole slaw at Bandera's. I did ask the bartender about the sauce and he said it was peanut oil and a vingearette that they make. Not sure of the spices they use but I did see scallions and parsley in the cole slaw. And don't forget the peanuts! I'll give it a try but if anyone comes close to it - please share!
