re: canning on glass cooktop stove

ok good luck canning on your new stove. i have a few recipies for the apple butter but i have not tried them myself, so i have no idea how they will taste.

I am from OR as well, pendleton oregon, and im planning to come back out there in sept for the round-up. yeee haaaa
