Recipe(tried): canning on a glass cooktop stove

I have a glasstop stove as well, mine is a ge spectra, and i have been canning on it since last year. I have not had any problems with it, and i just bought a 21qt water canner, and still have had no problems with the stove top cracking or breaking. Now what I do do, is once the water is boiling pretty good and when i have put all my jars in there, i turn down the heat to maybe a 8/9 on the dial. Also try and to buy only flat bottom pans, i know the water canners have a slight indention on the bottom, and i have 2 water canners/stock pots with indentions on the bottom, but my stove top is still doing good. i have only had my stove a year, and this past couple of weeks, every day,i have been doing a good deal of canning, but then i only put like 7 jars in the canner at the same time, then im done for the day. i don't water can anymore than i have to, just incase my stove top does crack..
i hope this helps, i also cook with cast iron pans to, im just really carefull with them..:)
