I can't tell you how many times I have made this reciope and have had it turn out perfect every time. I am constantly being asked for the recipe. I wish I could help with the problem that you are having. Are you putting it in the fridge while it is hot? Are you covering it with plastic wrap while it is hot? Let it cool on a rack in the pan before cutting or eating it.
