re: Fall River Show Mein Gravy

Misc.
The Fall River type Chow Mein Gravy is called Hoo-Mee Mix. My husband is from Fall River and we both love it.

We order it from Portuguesefood.com

You can either the box mix which is one meal or order bags of the noodles and a bag of the mix. If you get the large bag of the gravy mix it does go a LONG way. Just store it in the freezer or in an airtight container. Same for the large bag of noodles.
