ISO: Fall River style Chow Mein Gravy

I used ti live in the Fall River/ New Bedford area of Mass. and i used to buy chow mein gravy mix from a restruant supply in Fall River i really miss the chow mein from back east. If anyone an tell me how it is made i would be so grateful. (what they call chow mein here in B.C. is what we would have called Lo Mein)
