Hi Everyone,

Jeanne & Verla, sorry it took so long to get back to you! I moved over the weekend and hope I don't have to do it for about 30 more years!! I had the same reaction towards the hard boiled eggs when I first saw them in sauce. My fiance's family is Italian and this is how his mother makes her sauce. So now when I make sauce I throw a couple in. I don't know the signifigance of this but they taste really good and everyone loves to share them. They don't really add any flavor and they usually stay whole, in fact they absorb flavor from the sauce. Definitely try some next time you make sauce!

I think this will be a relaxing meal and help everyone unwind after the move!
