I think the creaminess of homemade yogurt depends on what kind of milk you use. I generally use whole milk. If you mix it well after you are done making the yogurt, it should be creamy. If it isn't, then consult a yogurt maker manufacturer here on line or at the library. Commercial enterprises may use stabalizers to maintain the creaminess, but I think they do the same thing--mix it after it's done to get it creamy.
