Recipe(tried): Smokey Bones Steamed Broccoli

Side Dishes - Vegetables
It's not really a recipe... All it is is FRESH broccoli with a little butter and salt. The key is FRESH broccoli, not frozen. You can make it simple at home in the microwave and it comes out tasting just as good as theirs.

Buy stalks of fresh Broccoli, put the tops in a casserole dish, add about 2 tablespoons of water. Put on the lid, and microwave for 4-5 minutes (1100 watt. microwave). Then stir in a little butter or margarine, and sprinkle salt to taste. Simple and tastes great.
