Good afternoon. AJ, this yummy sounding recipe is 192 plus oz or 12 pounds & 1/8 oz or 24 cups worth in this commercial recipe. Now then my friend, I am going to post for your benefit various sizes & shapes of baking pans & the amount of batter it will hold allowing for rise due to the chemical leaveners. You see, I do not know which pans you will be using. Remember that 1,cup equates to 8,oz.
ROUND PANS:
8 in.x 1.5 in. 2, cups
9 in. x 2 in 3 to 3 1/4 cups
10 in x 2 in 5 cups
SQUARE PANS:
8 in sq. 3 1/2 4 1/2 cups
9 in x 2 in 5 cups
10 in x 2 in 6 cups.
