Still working on it from other angles. It once took me three years to get a recipe, but I found it. I have an unemployed friend in Indianapolis - I was going to email and have him get a job as a cook there and secretely memorize the recipe. Maybe the two of you together could drag it out of them. You never know. A couple years ago I was looking for the cocktail sauce recipe from St. Elmo's in Indianapolis. A friend and her husband went befriend the bartender who told them the story. - It's great stuff and I use it all the time now.
