re: Kuba (Czech Barley Casserole)

I have had this dish since i could remember. My great grandmothers parents were from Czech, a city called bohemia, which i believe is no longer there. I have it every Christmas eve for dinner and I love it. It was hard to find the recipe because I have heard it as "GUBA". But the dish is very good. We even have the Goulash that is also a czech favorite we have that after christmas and we make it with ham.
