ISO: rice with turkey giblets, onion, celery, etc. (Bohemian)

my uncles Mom used to make this every year when they had turkey. she would use the giblets and livers and mix with rice and onions,celery etc. i have tried making this and cannot get it right. she was a bohemian lady and i am wondering if this isnt something just passed down from her mother. please help if you know what i am talking about. thank you!!
