Hi Betsy,
Thanks for the recipe for Chicken Rumaki. I am going to omit the Chicken and add whole waterchestnuts and see what happens. Thanks so much for sending me this recipe. I collect cookbooks and have been taking out a few each day trying to find the original Mock Rumaki recipe that I used years ago and was having no luck...your recipe has most of the same ingredients that I remember using in the recipe I have been looking for. Thanks again and Happy Holidays to you and yours!!!
