Re: No or low salt, no or low sugar recipes wanted

My husband was reently diagnosed with heart trouble. I have found using Mrs. Dash a godsend. It adds flavor without all the salt and can be a compliment to some dishes, Try using swet and low or equal in your recipes that require sugar. The measuring table should be on the box for use. hope this helps
