Re: Pre-Boiling Chili's and Classic Chinese Ribs

Are you saying that you boil the ribs first, and *then* marinate them before baking them?

(I have been boiling mine first, but I have not tried to actually marinate them after (I figured that once boiled, the marinade would not soak into the ribs) -- I just spread the sauce over them and bake them in the oven.)
