OK, with all the rib recipes here is another one to try...pre boil the ribs in Dr. Pepper. Not diet. I believe the recipe is in the Copycat section and is a copy of Adam's Ribs in Chicago. The soda adds an incredible flavor and tenderness and will have your guests and family asking "How DID you do this". Try it, you'll see.
