Recipe: New Age Wings (using sharp mustard and orange marmalade)

Appetizers and Snacks
NEW AGE WINGS

"Forget chicken wings with butter and hot sauce, these babies have a whole new attitude."

8 chicken wings (fresh or frozen, thawed)
1/3 Cup Nance's Sharp and Creamy Mustard
1/3 Cup orange marmalade

Place the wings on an oven-proof pan and broil on both sides until crispy and nicely browned.

Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, mix together the mustard and the marmalade.

When the wings are perfect, drop them directly into the sauce, toss well to coat them and then place on a serving tray. Drizzle with any remaining sauce and serve immediately.

VARIATION:
Instead of the wings, broil a couple of chicken breasts and as soon as they're done, toss in the sauce and then serve.

Makes 2 servings
