Smitty's was the best! As a kid from Durham, NC, I'd never had anything like it! Half a chicken, two pieces of white bread, macaroni salad, and the best sauce ever!

Was a favorite of the musicians I knew in town the one summer I lived in Rochester. I make the sauce regularly, and have to make enough for many friends.
