Thank You: Sal's Secret Sauce

Tops Markets in New York carried this until very recently. Now, I can't find there. I will be checking another popular store near me tomorrow and trying to find some if it hasn't left that store for backup location. But, I now have the recipe and can make my own.

Can't eat tomatoes and most all bar-b-que sauces in any form include some sort tomato something. Or even tomatoes at their base. So, when I went looking today was seriously disappointed to find it not there. To order it costs as much to ship as to order the product and I don't live nearby the only 3 places left in Rochester! Love the sauce. Always did, but until I couldn't find anything to use instead of ketchup...Sals has been my b-b-q sauce and more for the past 4 years. And will be for as long as I live with immunetherapy for a health condition. Got hit with a hard food thing that is only 10% - lucky me. But, this recipe will help a whole lot. Sal's love ya, but I need your recipe to keep for me. Thanks for putting your recipes out here. This looks like the ingredient list on my last bottle.
