re: soy free margarine

Soy free, dairy free margarine is available around Passover each year. (soy is not kosher for passover, and no dairy products are added). We buy it by the case each spring and keep it in the freezer. It lasts for years. Available in stick or tub, with or without salt. Various different brands available.
