re: Good dairy free and soy free margarine

Misc.
Ran across this old questions, hope it can still help someone. I found a soy-free and dairy-free margarine that I use. It is Mothers' margarine. The company makes it with cottonseed oil instead of soybean oil ONLY for Passover (and one other Jewish holiday in December- can't recall which one). I buy it then, say 10+ lbs. I vacuum seal it and freeze it to use throughout the rest of the year. I get it at the Shoprite market(Red Lion Rd, Phila) in my area that has a separate Jewish market inside it. There is also Migdales margarine- same deal. I find these work better than Fleishmans.
