Re: Sugar free gelatin for Ice Cream

Sondra, if you cannot use the pink yellow or blue sugar substitutes you will not be able to use Sugar free Gelatin either. Sugar Free Gelatin is sweetened with Aspartame which is the same as in the blue sugar substitute pkgs (Equal).
I have a recipe for a Sugar Free Ice cream but it uses 13 pkgs. of Equal (Aspartain) to sweeten it.
