Re: Sure Can
Misc.ADVERTISEMENT
Dear Kelly: I may be a day late and a dollar short, but have been away fromt he board for a while. I just this week made a batch of cinnamon rolls and I always put them in the fridge over night. I make them the same way I would if not refridgerating. I put the pans I plan to make them in the fridge while I make them (not mandatory). I then take them out of the fridge before I go to bed especially if it is going to be late (11-12). If I go to bed early, I get up around 2-3 hours before I need them and then go back to bed. (I know not everybody can do that!) I have even gotten them out an hour or so, heated up the oven and place them BESIDE the oven (not on top) because really it's the pan that takes so long to heat up. Once it does, the rolls go pretty quickly. Hope this will help. I'm just not a morning person and making rolls in the morning, doesn't appeal to me! Enjoy, Mrs. Food
