re: Susan Branch cheese cake

This message is to Debby I have made this so many times and I think you need to look at the book again because you left out part about after it is done cooking you had sugar and sour cream and bake for another 10 minutes.

Dear Diane, thank you for pointing out that there is a topping that Susan Branch included with the recipe. I think that Debbie probably makes the cheesecake without the sour cream topping and uses pie filling or chocolate sauce as she suggested in her post. In any case, I add the topping from the cookbook to Debbie's post as an optional addition. Thanks again and happy holidays!
