MOLASSES RAISIN MEAT SAUCE
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. flour
1 cup water
pinch of salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Brer Rabbit Molasses
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1 tbsp. butter
Mix 1 sugar with flour; stir in 1 cup water. Bring to boil.
Add pinch of salt, lemon juice, molasses and raisins. Simmer 5 minutes.
Add butter. Cook until melted.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
