re: Wedding cake filling

I make a lot of wedding cakes and my favorite is one from SOuthern Living Magazine called Cameo Cake.

It has a white chocolate cream cheese icing and I take some of that icing and blend in a small amount of seedless raspberry preserves. It is light and just enough of a different flavor to create a great filling.
Of course you could substitute any favorite flavor of preserves...my other fav is pineapple!!
