re: Welsh Cookies from Scranton

Misc.
Seems when I search the Internet for info on Welsh Cookies, somehow Scranton keeps popping up. I too am from Scranton (Hyde Park), and my grandmother Maude Morgan Price made lots of Welsh Cookies. She called them tetian flats or something like that. Perhaps the Welsh that went to Scranton were more into making these than the rest of the Welsh world?

Best with tea of course.
