ISO: Welsh Cookie recipes

I am from Northeast PA and my Dad and his family were all from Scranton.
I love Welsh Cookies, but only get them about once every 5 years. My best friend from Scranton just came to visit me and she brought some Welsh Cookies that she bought from a Bake Sale. I remembered how much I enjoy them and I would love to have your recipes. Thanks
