Welsh Cookies. I have 3 different ones from my Welsh relatives

Misc.
My father was 100% Welsh. His parents lived in Scranton, PA. Ironically my English grandfather, also of Scranton, was the father to 3 children each of which married Welshman named Williams. None of the three were related nor did they know each other. The three Welsh Cookies recipes that I have are from the different families. I will be more than happy to give the three versions to you. My children and grandchildren look forward to Christmas when I make Welsh cookies in multipe dozens. They now make them also but love to get boxes full from me. I'm proud of my Welsh heritage and have a daughter who sings with the hoyle.
