ISO: Welsh Cookies

Misc.
Hi Gayle,

I have a good friend that also went to Dr. Jones and I have been looking for a recipe for Welsh Cookies for him. He says no one can make them like they did at his Church. Wondering if you could share your recipe. I know this is a old post thought I would give it a try.

Thanks,

Sandy
