Recipe Request Roti

Since visiting ST Lucia I have been in search of the perfect Roti without Joy I am looking at how and what equipment I need to teach my students age14-18. Here In UK we have tried and tested different types the flavour changes all the time
As I train chefs which takes me all over the best Roti yet was in Holland. I think the recipe came from india have not found it on this search or chef net.
