Misc. Yes, Carolyn. You are right. Rolling the ends of the chicken under are primarily to give the breast an overall even thickness. I have never tried fresh mushrooms in the other recipe but I bet they would work great!! I have to try that! If you do want to go ahead and use the jar, though, it doesn't really matter what size you use; it really just depends on how much you like mushrooms!!
