Request: Chilli for 300?

Misc.

Help! I've been put in charge of serving chilli for about 300 people after church on Sunday, the 27th of this month. Can anyone tell me how much ground beef, beans, sauce, cheese, etc.

And to be honest, I've never made chilli for more than 8 people!
