Request for Eggless Recipes

Misc.

I was searching for Eggless recipes for my mom. She has really bad food allergies and eggs is one of them. I know she will really enjoy the info you posted on egg replacers, thank you so much!! I saw another message of yours that you had run across a pile of eggless recipes and asked if your friend wanted them posted. I would really appreciate it if you would post them anyway, even is she is not interested. I really enjoy cooking (though my mom is really too busy to cook most of the time) and I would love to be able to cook some great stuff for her that wont make her sick. Thanks so much. Jen
