Recipe: Oh yes, please

Misc.

Dear Rhonda,

I am on a diet and cook my cornbread without any oil, salt or sugar. My conversion is

Eggs: One heaping Tbsp. of soy flour per Tbsp. of water/milk

Oil: omit if you are not on a diet use 1/2 the amount of oil in the recipe
Salt: omit
Sugar: Apple juice concentrate in place of sugar. (The healthfood store sells non-frozen apple juice concentrate with a less water than the frozen apple juice concentrate sold in supermarkets).

Hope this helps you.

I am on the internet at school and I do not have my recipe book with me but I have tried this before and my family loves my cornbread. I will try to include the recipe next time.

Sincerely,

Vivian
