Request: Make-ahead appetizers

I am throwing a 50th anniversary party for my parents. The bad news is that it's going to be held the day after Christmas! (My parents were married on Christmas Day!) I am going to have a caterer supply some items, but would like to make as much myself as possible to keep costs in line. We want the buffet to be primary finger food - appetizer type foods, and I'm looking for recipes that can be made ahead and/or frozen. Thank you everyone for your help! Alana J
