Roast chicken for Sunday here...........

Hi ,
yesterday I roasted 2 chickens which I stuffed with an almond and nut
stuffing,drizzled olive oil and lemon juice over and scattered some rosemary
sticks ,the smell whilst cooking was wonderful.we had a leek and potatoe bake
and butternut loaf to go with and to finish off we had a brandy tipsy tart with
thick cream just the thing for the cooler weather!!!!!!
