Recipe(tried): Almond Stuffing

ALMOND STUFFING

4 ozs ground almonds
1 oz breakfast oats(quaker)soaked in 1/4 cup milk til soft
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup softened butter
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1tsp grated fresh ginger
salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything in a bowl and place in fridge til firmed up.Then you can use it to stuff poultry as I did but I,ve also used it to stuff whole fish but then I added some about 1/2 cup whole almonde chopped for a bit of crunch.
