Marilyn,

Did you have any specific kind of recipe in mind? Soup, spread, main dish, side dish, dessert? Did you want the tofu to be the main ingredient or can it share the stage equally with other ingredients? Does it have to be non-dairy? Is the tofu a meat replacement or "substitute" in this dish that you are looking for?

I have quite a few recipes and would be happy to help, but far too many to just post them all. Looking forward to hearing more details...
