Shirl - foccacia

Misc.

Shirl - I tried making my first foccacia over the weekend (also used
refrigeration) and it turned out well except for one thing - the top was kind of
wet, like the top of a baked pizza if you scrape off the cheese and sauce. I was
expecting (hoping for ? :-) a drier top. How does the top of your foccacia turn
out? Got any hints? Thanks!
