Soya question for Pat

Misc.

Pat, I hate to appear dense .... but I'm not exactly certain what you mean by 'soya'. I'm familar with soy beans and many of their by-products .... but I also know that some things are called by different names in different parts of the country. If you could explain what you mean by 'soya' - maybe I could help you. Tho, perhaps, before this gets through, someone who REALLY knows about these things will have given you some good recipes. I use various soy products.
